Award-winning writer and University of Michigan professor,
Natalie Bakopoulos will present her debut novel, The Green Shore, at the National Hellenic Museum.
Set in Athens and Paris during the military dictatorship of Greece (1967-1974), The Green Shore explores a family's experience of love and resistance as they avoid the Regime of the Colonels. While the characters struggle with their passions, both personal and political, their lives begin to unveil in unexpected ways as their stories play out against the conflicts that surround them.
