A night of popular rebetika music and songs

The Orpheus Hellenic Folklore Society is pleased to extend an invitation for a memorable event titled 'Μια Λαική Βραδιά' - A night of Greek popular/rebetika songs and dances.

Live music will be provided from the Orpheus Music Group and Guests where the unique sounds of the bouzouki, baglama, guitar and violin will move the audience to a special era of Greek popular culture along with other musical selections. Last year's event proved to be a very successful event (sold-out).

The event will take place on Saturday, November 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Glenview New Church, 74 Park Dr., Glenview, IL 60025.

Admission is $40 (includes buffet dinner) Cash bar featuring traditional aperitifs, and other selections. Children must be 15 or older and accompanied by a parent.

All proceeds will benefit the Orpheus cultural programs.
